Sprint Offers 30 Day Network Trial and LTE Expansion into 28 New Markets

Following T-mobile's lead, staring June 27th, Sprint will be offering potential customers the opportunity to try their network risk free for 30 days.  If you're not satisfied with the carrier, Sprint will fully refund the cost of your device and waive activation fees and monthly charges if you cancel within that time frame.  The trial excludes "Framily" plans and "unique services."  This differs slightly from T-mobile who is only offering 7 days risk free, however T-mobile gives you an iPhone 5 to use during their trial and won't charge you anything up front.
Also announced today is Sprints LTE expansion into 28 new markets including Cleveland, San Jose and Seattle bringing their LTE coverage to a total of 471 cities.  Perusing the list one can see their are still some big cities lacking 4G.
HD voice has also been activated nationwide although in order to use it both parties must have either one of the 28 postpaid or 33 prepaid phones that currently support the feature.  In the coming weeks international wi-fi calling and texting will also become available.
Sprint is also expanding it's Spark network, aka enhanced speed LTE offering average speeds of 6-15Mbps with peak speeds of 50-60Mbps.  I'd like to see Sprint focus more on rolling out it's standard LTE network across the country rather than these enhanced services.  There are still too many people who can't get top speeds on their network in many cities which is why Sprint currently finds itself in 3rd place among the big 4 carriers in terms of subscribers and they may soon drop to 4th with T-mobile's recent moves and subscriber additions.
